I have a friend...well a friend of sorts...and to be honest for awhile...i thought she had grown up...you know learned a few things...but as it turns out from my recent readings...(although this could e a gross misinterpertation)...she hasn't...she's still the same...what hurts as that she thinks that she has changed...and everything I've read over the klast few months indicates that...infact...she has changed...but now I know this to be false...you see...she is still self-centered...not necessarily in a bad way...but I think she fails to realize the outcomes of her own actions...and you would think as much as she loves philosophy, she would hae figured this out by now...but...I have determined...through my 22 some'd years of experience...that she lacks one thing...and one thing only...she is cold...and to be honest I cant blame her...she's been through a lot...i mean a lot...but its frustrating that she fails to see her own faults in her own relationships but is amazing at pointing out the faults of others...most notably how i will fail in some form or other...she is clearly cynical...and it pains me to see...(the more i read the more this becomes evident)...that she is missing the point...not behind life or success...but behind love...now please understand...I am by far an expert...but I myself have been through enough...enough to know that a true hopeless romantic...as this girl use to be doesnt give up...instead she is strong and patient...but like i said...she has become cynical...and refuses to see it ...love and relationships have become definable to her...and this is the problem...because anyone who has been in a relationship that makes sense...can not define it in one sentence or less...i mean it truly undermines Estein's theories of realtivity...meaning...the variables are there and we can define each important variable...but the values for these variables are ever changing...and the differ from situation to situation...this is the true nature of relationships and more importantly love...we can not define it...and those that continue to try...simply breed the doubt and failure of ourselves...but others as well...
